Many Colorado counties offer title fraud alerts (recording activity notifications) for properties in their county and will alert you when a document has been officially recorded. We recommend signing up for these alerts to stay informed about your property’s title activity and to ensure that your property is always titled correctly.
The counties available as links offer title alerts, counties that are italicized do not appear to offer title alerts at the time. However, as this service becomes more popular we anticipate more counties offering it in the future.
